- You are a new buyer and you need a product that is still adding features. Helicone's 3 March 2026 letter limits ongoing work to security updates, new models, and bug and performance fixes.
- You need a published per-request overage rate. The pricing page says usage-based pricing applies and does not print that rate.
- You wanted SOC 2 or HIPAA on the Hobby or Pro plan. The pricing page lists those on Team.
Where Helicone appears — and how it did
Helicone is an LLM gateway and observability product. Mintlify acquired it on 3 March 2026. The founders’ letter says the service stays up in maintenance mode. Moneda does not send new buyers here.
