What we evaluated
Evaluation criteria: Multi-SaaS visual scenarios, Microsoft 365 and Dataverse, Who already owns the license. Conclusions are based on primary documentation, product evidence, and workflow fit — not hands-on benchmark runs unless noted. 4 primary sources checked.
Make is the pick for multi-SaaS work: a visual scenario, hosted, no infrastructure to own. Power Automate is the pick for Microsoft 365 shops, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Dataverse.
Make prices checked 18 October 2026. On Make’s pricing page, in USD at 10,000 credits a month, Core is $12/month billed annually ($16 billed monthly), Pro is $21/month billed annually ($28 billed monthly), and Teams is $38/month billed annually ($51 billed monthly). Most actions consume 1 credit. Free includes 1,000 credits a month. The page says: “Under 20 employees? Check if you qualify for our Start-up Plan and get 50% off Business.”
Power Automate pricing lists Process at $150.00 per bot per month, paid yearly, and Hosted Process at $215.00 per bot per month, paid yearly. Premium is the per-user plan: cloud flows, attended desktop flows, and process mining. The June 2026 Power Platform Licensing Guide lists Premium at $15 per user per month, billed annually. The same guide says Power Automate Basic is the use rights included with select Microsoft 365 and Office 365 licenses, for customizing those apps and for Teams extensibility. Basic is not Premium. Microsoft says pricing-page figures are for marketing and the checkout price can differ. The guide says its prices are USD ERP and subject to change.
The Power Automate product page describes native experiences in Teams, Excel, and SharePoint. That is the Power Automate button. It is not a tracking link. The Make button is the partner registration path, with pc=monedaai2026.
What we evaluated: where the apps live, and which vendor’s page prices that choice. Make won for multi-SaaS visual ops. Power Automate won for a Microsoft 365 estate, including unattended desktop bots on Process and Hosted Process.
